Commitment

ForgeConvert aims to make its converter and educational resources usable with keyboards, screen readers, zoom, reduced-motion preferences, and common mobile layouts. This statement describes implemented measures without claiming certification or complete conformance to a particular standard.

Implemented measures

  • A skip link and labeled primary navigation.
  • Semantic headings, forms, labels, tables, status messages, alerts, and keyboard-operable controls.
  • Visible focus handling and reduced-motion support.
  • Responsive layouts and horizontally scrollable data tables on narrow screens.
  • Text alternatives for interface images and decorative-image handling where implemented.
  • Error messages that explain file-format, size, and conversion problems.

Known limitations

Converted image previews depend on the content supplied by the user and do not have authored alternative text describing that image. Some third-party applications used to open downloaded files may have their own accessibility limitations. Automated and code-level checks cannot replace testing by people using diverse assistive technologies.

Feedback

Accessibility barriers and suggestions can be sent to contact@forgeconvert.com. Include the affected page, the barrier encountered, and the assistive technology used if the sender chooses to provide those details. Do not email confidential image files.

Assessment approach

Accessibility is reviewed through semantic markup inspection, keyboard-oriented component behavior, responsive design checks, automated tests where available, and production route validation. Future reviews should include direct assistive-technology testing.

Images are processed server-side and are not kept as permanent user files.
